  1. Lead and drive the development and implementation of conversational AI technology for Uber.
  2. Develop and execute a strategic plan for the growth and success of the conversational AI team.
  3. Manage and oversee all aspects of the conversational AI project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of the conversational AI technology with other products and services.
  5. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to define and prioritize features and functionality.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation in conversational AI.
  7. Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to key stakeholders and make recommendations for solutions.
  8. Hire, train, and mentor team members to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve the conversational AI technology to enhance user experience and drive business results.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in conversational AI to inform and guide decision-making.
  11. Act as a thought leader and advocate for the conversational AI team within the company and at industry events.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Program Management: A Senior Program Manager At Uber Must Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry. This Includes Experience In Managing Large, Complex Projects And Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Conversational Ai: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Conversational Ai Technologies, Including Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, And Speech Recognition. They Should Also Be Familiar With The Latest Developments And Trends In This Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Projects: A Senior Program Manager At Uber Must Have A Track Record Of Delivering Complex Projects On Time, Within Budget, And With High-Quality Results. They Should Also Have Experience In Driving Continuous Improvement And Implementing Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Role, The Program Manager Must Have Exceptional Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
