  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Grocery & Retail Catalog team in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and gather insights on customer needs and preferences in the grocery and retail industry.
  3. Lead a team of product managers, designers, and engineers in the ideation, development, and launch of new features and services for the Grocery & Retail Catalog.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization.
  5. Define product vision and roadmap for the Grocery & Retail Catalog, taking into consideration business priorities and market trends.
  6. Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success and impact of new products and features, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with grocery and retail partners, leveraging their expertise and feedback to improve product offerings.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and differentiate Uber's Grocery & Retail services in the market.
  9. Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring that all products and features are designed with the end-user in mind.
  10. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential as product managers.
  11. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
  12. Proactively identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise during product development and launch, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  13. Uphold and promote Uber's values and culture, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment within the Product Management department and across the company.
