  1. Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for the Fares Platform, taking into consideration industry trends and customer needs.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to successfully launch new features and enhancements.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the transportation industry.
  4. Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on data, user feedback, and business goals.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to drive their professional development and product success.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  7. Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.
  8. Communicate product updates and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends and developments, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  10. Continuously evaluate and optimize the Fares Platform to improve the overall rider and driver experience.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Senior Product Manager At Uber Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Products And Driving Business Growth.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Transportation Industry: The Fares Platform Is A Critical Component Of Uber's Business, And A Senior Product Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Transportation Industry, Including Competitive Landscape, Market Trends, And Customer Needs.
