- Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize the earning experience on the Uber platform.
- Drive the development and prioritization of product roadmaps, backlog, and feature requirements based on business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and results to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to continually enhance our offering and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with the user research team to conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
- Work closely with the product marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and post-launch monitoring and optimization.
- Mentor and coach junior product managers and contribute to the overall growth and development of the product management team.

Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Senior Product Manager, Earner Quality At Uber Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In A Tech Company. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products, With A Strong Understanding Of The Product Development Lifecycle.
Knowledge Of The Ride-Hailing Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Ride-Hailing Industry And Its Competitive Landscape. They Should Be Able To Identify Market Trends And Insights To Inform Product Strategy And Drive Business Growth.
