  1. Develop and execute product strategies for Earner Quality that align with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful product launches and feature enhancements.
  3. Conduct market research and gather insights to understand the needs and pain points of earners in the gig economy.
  4. Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize the earning experience on the Uber platform.
  5. Drive the development and prioritization of product roadmaps, backlog, and feature requirements based on business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
  7. Communicate product updates, progress, and results to leadership and other stakeholders.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to continually enhance our offering and maintain a competitive advantage.
  9. Collaborate with the user research team to conduct user testing and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
  10. Work closely with the product marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
  11. Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and post-launch monitoring and optimization.
  12. Mentor and coach junior product managers and contribute to the overall growth and development of the product management team.
  13. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the gig economy and the needs and behaviors of earners to inform product decisions.
  14. Uphold a customer-centric mindset and advocate for the needs of earners in all product discussions and decisions.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, gather feedback, and make data-driven decisions to drive product improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Senior Product Manager, Earner Quality At Uber Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In A Tech Company. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products, With A Strong Understanding Of The Product Development Lifecycle.

  • Knowledge Of The Ride-Hailing Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Ride-Hailing Industry And Its Competitive Landscape. They Should Be Able To Identify Market Trends And Insights To Inform Product Strategy And Drive Business Growth.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: A Senior Product Manager, Earner Quality Should Be Highly Analytical And Have Experience Working With Large Datasets. They Should Be Able To Use Data To Make Informed Decisions And Track The Success Of Product Initiatives.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Product Managers And Cross-Functional Teams. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Coaching And Developing Team Members, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
