- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Uber's AI platform, Michelangelo, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives
- Lead a team of product managers and work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and other teams to drive the development and implementation of new AI capabilities on the platform
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI technology to inform the platform's roadmap
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market demand, and business goals
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and effectively communicate the value of Michelangelo to potential clients
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the success and impact of the platform, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement
- Act as a subject matter expert on the platform, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with the development and launch of new AI products and features on the platform
- Stay informed about competitor offerings and industry developments, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and positioning
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the AI Platform team, and provide mentorship and guidance to team members to help them reach their full potential.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Senior Product Manager For Uber's Ai Platform Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Scaling Products In The Tech Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Product Strategy.
Strong Understanding Of Ai And Machine Learning: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Ai And Machine Learning Technologies, As Well As Their Applications In The Business World. They Should Be Able To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Have A Strong Vision For How Ai Can Drive Innovation In The Product.
Experience With Ai Platforms: The Senior Product Manager Should Have Prior Experience Working With Ai Platforms, Preferably With Experience In Uber's Ai Platform, Michelangelo. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Platform's Capabilities And Be Able To Leverage Its Features To Drive Product Development.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Product Manager Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Identify Opportunities For Growth And Improvement. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Any Challenges That Arise In The Development And Implementation Of Ai Products.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: This Role Requires Working With A Diverse Team Of Engineers, Data Scientists, And Other Stakeholders. The Senior Product Manager Should Have Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members And Drive The Product Vision Forward.
