- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with delivery companies to drive growth and success for both parties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key delivery partnerships and initiatives.
- Lead the strategic development and implementation of delivery partnerships, including negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the delivery landscape, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and track key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success and impact of delivery partnerships.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise with delivery partnerships.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of delivery partnerships.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to junior members of the Partner Success team.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, and apply them to continuously improve and innovate delivery partnerships.
- Represent Uber at industry events and conferences to promote and strengthen our delivery partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives with delivery partners.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to delivery partnerships.
- Drive a culture of partnership and collaboration within the Delivery Integrations team and across the organization.
- Continuously identify and implement ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the Partner Success function.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Partners At All Levels.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In A Partner Success Or Account Management Position.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Integration Projects With Large Enterprise Partners.
Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Api Integration Processes And Technologies.
Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Delivery Integration Specialists.
