  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for mid-market clients at Uber.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to drive successful client partnerships.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, and proactively identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to inform sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for Uber, representing the company and its values in all interactions with clients.
  8. Foster a positive and collaborative team dynamic, supporting and mentoring junior team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Sales Experience, Preferably In B2B Or Mid-Market Sales. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Consistently Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Mid-Market Growth Account Executive, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Clients. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, And Be Able To Deliver Persuasive Presentations.
