  1. Oversee the delivery of complex capital projects across multiple markets.
  2. Ensure successful completion of projects while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
  3. Develop and implement project management processes and procedures.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues.
  5. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
  7. Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
  8. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management.
  13. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their project management skills.
  14. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  15. Handle any escalated project issues and provide solutions.
  16. Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Project Management: A Senior Manager At Uber Must Possess A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Projects, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget. This Includes Experience In Managing Large-Scale Capital Projects.
