Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers and manage engineering efforts related to Rider Personalization • Work in a fast-paced and agile environment to ensure the highest quality products and services • Utilize a variety of programming languages to develop and deliver software products • Develop customer-facing products and services • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with team members and customers • Monitor engineering team performance and ensure objectives are met • Provide guidance and coaching to engineering team members • Design and implement processes and procedures to ensure engineering excellence • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends
