  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive global benefits strategy that aligns with Uber's overall business objectives and values.
  2. Lead and manage a team of benefits professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality and impactful benefits programs.
  3. Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of all global benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other ancillary benefits.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors, to ensure seamless delivery and compliance of benefits programs.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for all benefits programs and ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on all benefits-related matters and provide guidance and support to employees and managers.
  8. Ensure all benefits programs are compliant with applicable laws and regulations in all countries where Uber operates.
  9. Partner with external consultants and advisors to stay informed of market trends and benchmark Uber's benefits offerings against industry standards.
  10. Drive employee engagement and satisfaction by communicating and promoting the value of benefits programs.
  11. Work with the recruiting team to develop and implement benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  12. Collaborate with internal communications to develop and deliver effective communication strategies for benefits programs.
  13. Represent Uber at benefits-related conferences and events and build relationships with industry peers.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees.
  15. Act as a change agent to drive continuous improvement and innovation in benefits programs.
  16. Ensure data accuracy and integrity for all benefits-related information and reports.
  17. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to benefits programs.
  18. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness and impact of benefits programs.
  19. Continuously review and assess the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of benefits programs.
