Senior Counsel, Mobility Marketing Legal

We're looking for a Senior Counsel, Mobility Marketing Legal to join Uber's legal team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape Uber's Mobility Marketing function by providing legal guidance and helping to develop and implement legal strategies.The ideal candidate should be a self-starter and have a strong background in advertising and marketing law. Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on all aspects of Mobility Marketing matters • Develop and implement legal strategies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Collaborate with other legal, product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of legal requirements with business objectives • Analyze and interpret US privacy laws and compliance requirements • Draft, review, and negotiate marketing, advertising, and other legal contracts • Monitor legal developments in the Mobility Marketing space and advise the business • Manage multiple projects and deadlines • Advise on the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
