  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for their needs.
  2. Drive growth and success for both Uber and our clients through effective account management and partnership strategies.
  3. Understand and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and ensure a competitive advantage.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement strategic plans to meet client goals and objectives.
  5. Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Uber's services.
  6. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics and develop action plans to address any issues or areas for improvement.
  7. Act as a mentor and coach for junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  8. Represent Uber at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and building relationships with potential clients.
  9. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and efficiency within the client partner team to drive results and achieve business objectives.
  10. Maintain a thorough understanding of Uber's products, services, and technology, and effectively communicate these to clients.
  11. Serve as a brand ambassador for Uber, demonstrating passion for the company's mission and values in all interactions with clients and partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Client Relationship Management: A Senior Client Partner At Uber Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Managing Client Relationships, Preferably In The Technology Or Transportation Industry.

The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Managing A Team And Be Able To Motivate And Inspire Others.
