Senior Associate, M&A Finance and Integration

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual to join Uber as a Senior Associate, M&A Finance and Integration. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial data to identify areas of financial risk and opportunity
2. Develop and maintain financial models for merger and acquisition activities
3. Prepare financial analysis and presentations for senior management
4. Monitor and review M&A transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
5. Assist with due diligence process for potential acquisitions
6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful integration of newly acquired companies
7. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
8. Manage financial reporting for M&A transactions
9. Evaluate financial performance of M&A investments
10. Keep abreast of industry developments and trends to identify potential opportunities for growth
