
Senior Actuarial Analyst, Claims Analytics

- Conduct actuarial analysis and provide insights to inform and drive business decisions related to claims strategy.
- Utilize data-driven techniques to identify trends and patterns in claims data and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and improve overall claims performance.
- Develop and maintain actuarial models to forecast and monitor claims costs and trends.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure accuracy and compliance in actuarial analysis.
- Provide guidance and support to junior analysts on actuarial methods and techniques.
- Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new tools and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of actuarial analysis.
- Take ownership of projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance the quality and effectiveness of actuarial analysis.
Bachelor's Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Analysis, Preferably In The Insurance Or Tech Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Manipulate Large Data Sets.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As R, Python, Or Sql.
Experience With Predictive Modeling And Machine Learning Techniques, And The Ability To Apply Them To Claims Data For Risk Assessment And Pricing.
