- Manage relationships with franchise partners to ensure successful partnership growth and development.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for franchise partner accounts to drive results and achieve company goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for franchise partners, addressing any questions or concerns and providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support franchise partner needs, including marketing, operations, and finance.
- Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the franchise partnership program.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new franchise partners and assist with onboarding and integration processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators for franchise partner accounts, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Actively seek out and implement innovative solutions to improve the franchise partner experience and increase efficiency.
- Conduct regular business reviews with franchise partners to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, sharing insights and best practices with the team.
- Mentor and train junior account managers to ensure a high level of performance and success within the franchise partnership program.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's mission and values in all interactions with franchise partners.
Extensive Experience In Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Transportation Or Tech Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Large, Complex Accounts.
Strong Understanding Of Franchise Partnerships: The Senior Account Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Franchise Model And Experience In Managing Franchise Partnerships. They Should Be Able To Navigate The Complexities Of Franchise Agreements And Maintain Positive Relationships With Franchise Partners.
Exceptional Communication And Negotiation Skills: This Role Requires Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Manage And Grow Relationships With Franchise Partners. The Senior Account Manager Should Be Able To Clearly Communicate Uber's Value Proposition And Negotiate Win-Win Deals With Franchise Partners.
