  1. Conduct thorough and continuous risk assessments to identify potential risks and compliance gaps within the company.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes to mitigate identified risks.
  3. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure the company's compliance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk and compliance considerations are integrated into business processes and decisions.
  5. Monitor and report on the status of risk management and compliance efforts to stakeholders and senior management.
  6. Conduct internal audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of existing risk and compliance controls.
  7. Provide guidance and training to employees on risk management and compliance best practices.
  8. Proactively identify areas for improvement in risk and compliance processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
  9. Work with external auditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate audits and ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Investigate and resolve any reported compliance violations in a timely and thorough manner.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of risk and compliance processes, procedures, and controls.
  12. Assist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to risk management and compliance.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and resource for other team members on risk and compliance matters.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the company's risk and compliance culture by promoting a strong ethical and compliance mindset.
  15. Proactively identify potential areas of risk and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business Administration, Risk Management, Or Compliance.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Risk And Compliance Role, Preferably In The Transportation Or Technology Industry.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Relevant Regulatory Frameworks And Compliance Requirements, Such As Gdpr And Ccpa.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Identify Potential Risks And Develop Mitigation Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Information Effectively.
