  • Develop and implement strategies to improve programmatic operations and maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze programmatic performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimization of programmatic campaigns.
  • Lead the development and execution of self-service capabilities for advertising partners.
  • Train and support advertising partners on self-service tools and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in programmatic advertising.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on programmatic operations and self-service capabilities.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with programmatic vendors and platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with programmatic standards and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain programmatic documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks with programmatic operations or self-service capabilities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on programmatic performance and self-service enablement initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Programmatic Advertising And Self-Service Platforms: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Programmatic Advertising, Including Ad Tech Platforms, Dsps, And Ssps. They Should Also Have Experience Working With Self-Service Platforms Like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, And Other Programmatic Tools.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Programmatic Operations & Self-Service Enablement Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team And Managing Day-To-Day Operations. They Should Possess The Ability To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Ensure Team Members Are Meeting Goals And Deadlines.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires A Highly Analytical And Data-Driven Individual Who Can Identify Trends, Analyze Campaign Performance, And Make Data-Backed Decisions To Optimize Programmatic Campaigns And Self-Service Strategies.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Work With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Marketing, Sales, And Product Teams. They Should Also Be Able To Present Complex Data And Strategies In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Experience With Project Management And Process Improvement: The Programmatic Operations & Self-Service Enablement Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Implementing Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Effectiveness. Previous Experience In Project Management And Process Improvement Is Highly Desirable For This Role.
