Job Description

This role will develop and lead efforts to build, operate, scale and improve customer experience and support operations for Uber riders in India SA. The role comes with a heavy focus on cross-functional collaboration, delivering stellar operations outcomes, continuous process improvement and being customer obsessed. Create robust processes & liaise with cross functional teams to ensure no leakages in support logics. Maintain the charter for product improvements (support/non-support related) for rider LOB and agent performance. Responsible for maintaining cadences and SSOT trackers for each strategic project. Manage any ad hoc requests on rider issues, bulk adjustments. Owner of collecting driver insights at scale from BPO.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, operations, analytics and customer experience programs.

  • Ability to achieve project goals while managing scope, time, quality, and risk. Learns from failures as well as successes

  • Experience working in fast-paced environment is a plus

  • Ability to write SQL queries is a bonus
