  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and onboard new vendors, as well as negotiate contracts and pricing.
  3. Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of vendor management strategies to optimize service quality and cost effectiveness.
  4. Monitor and review vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Develop and maintain a vendor management framework, including policies, procedures, and metrics to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  6. Communicate regularly with vendors to address concerns, provide updates, and foster a positive working relationship.
  7. Analyze data and market trends to identify potential new vendors and make recommendations for improvement in vendor services.
  8. Manage vendor budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  9. Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing updates on vendor performance and managing expectations.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in vendor management, incorporating them into the company's strategies and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Vendor Management Or Procurement In A Fast-Paced, High-Growth Organization.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex Vendor Relationships.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Internal Stakeholders And External Vendors.

  • Experience In The Technology Or Transportation Industry, With A Deep Understanding Of The Vendor Landscape And Market Trends.
