  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize digital advertising campaigns and drive revenue for Uber.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of ad campaigns.
  3. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continually improve campaign performance.
  4. Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve ad operations processes.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of ad operations specialists, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  8. Ensure compliance with all advertising policies and regulations.

  12. Develop and manage budgets for ad operations and ensure cost efficiencies are achieved.
  13. Participate in the development and implementation of new ad technologies and platforms.
  14. Lead and support ad operations projects, from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Uber, promoting our values and mission in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Digital Advertising, Preferably In A Programmatic Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Ad Tech Platforms And Tools Such As Dsps, Ad Servers, And Dmps

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee Multiple Campaigns And Initiatives Simultaneously

  • Proven Leadership Experience, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Results.
