Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Product Operations Manager to join our Consumer Delivery team at Uber. You’ll be responsible for driving product operations and helping to ensure a seamless customer experience for our delivery products. To be successful in this role, you must have experience in product operations, a customer-focused mindset, and a knack for problem-solving. You should also be comfortable with using data to draw insights, as well as have strong communication skills. If you’re passionate about product operations, have a commitment to customer satisfaction, and are excited by the challenge of developing innovative tools and processes, then this role is for you. We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude and the drive to make Uber the leader in consumer delivery.
