  4. Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and drive business growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data science to develop and implement performance marketing initiatives.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve performance marketing efforts.
  7. Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution.
  8. Develop and maintain performance marketing dashboards and reports to track key metrics and communicate results to stakeholders.
  9. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  10. Monitor and analyze performance marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  11. Mentor and train team members on performance marketing strategies, tools, and techniques.
  12. Stay updated on the latest technologies and tools in the performance marketing space and assess their potential impact on the company's marketing strategies.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay connected with industry leaders and build relationships.
  14. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of performance marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives.
