  1. Develop and execute paid channel strategies to drive growth and acquisition of customers.
  2. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact of paid channel efforts.
  5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.
  6. Create and manage budgets for paid channels, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
  7. Utilize data and insights to drive decision-making and inform future marketing strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance paid channel efforts.
  9. Stay informed about changes in paid advertising platforms and make recommendations for incorporating new features and techniques.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a high level of performance and growth.
  11. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  12. Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance and drive innovation.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to paid advertising.
  14. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges with paid channels to minimize impact on campaigns.
  15. Stay organized and maintain detailed documentation of all paid channel campaigns and strategies.
