Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Improving Operational Processes And Procedures.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
