  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of our consumer operations within the retail sector, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and drive excellence across retail locations.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of retail operations staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing team.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key retail partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve mutual goals.
  6. Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all retail locations.
  7. Proactively identify potential issues and risks within the retail sector and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
  8. Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our operations remain competitive and innovative.
  9. Manage and maintain budgets and resources within the retail operations department.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Improving Operational Processes And Procedures.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of The Us&C Consumer Market, With A Focus On Retail Trends And Customer Behaviors.
