We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager, Corporate Legal (Paralegal) to join our legal team and help us navigate the complex legal landscape of our rapidly growing company.   1. Conduct legal research and provide support to attorneys in all stages of corporate legal matters.
  2. Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  5. Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents, including but not limited to, annual reports, trademark applications, and corporate filings.
  6. Manage and maintain corporate records and databases.
  7. Coordinate and assist with the implementation of legal strategies and initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
  9. Communicate with outside counsel and other legal professionals as needed.
  10. Train and mentor junior paralegals and legal staff.
  11. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  12. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by legal management.
  13. Assist with managing legal budgets and expenses.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Paralegal Studies Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Paralegal In A Corporate Legal Setting

  • Knowledge Of Corporate Laws And Regulations, Preferably In The Technology Or Transportation Industry

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Deadlines Simultaneously
