  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards related to claims processing.
  2. Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations to ensure the company's claims processes and policies remain compliant.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews of claims processes to identify any areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of compliance processes and procedures.
  5. Train and educate employees on compliance regulations, policies, and procedures.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on compliance-related matters and provide guidance and support to team members.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to claims compliance and make recommendations for process improvements.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries.
  9. Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
  10. Prepare and submit reports to upper management and regulatory agencies on compliance-related matters.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to compliance and develop strategies to improve overall compliance culture within the company.
  12. Collaborate with legal counsel and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  13. Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on compliance initiatives and progress.
  14. Handle any compliance-related issues or incidents and take appropriate corrective actions.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the company's compliance program to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Insurance Or Claims Compliance, Preferably In The Transportation Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Insurance Regulations And Compliance Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Guide And Mentor A Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Implementing Compliance Programs And Initiatives.
