Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Manager on the Global Consolidations Team. This is a highly visible role that will collaborate cross functionally with all levels and areas of the organization. Responsible for global financial close calendar and consolidation. Partnering with stakeholders to continue to enhance the monthly reporting package, including providing flux analysis when needed in anticipating executive management reporting needs Lead cross-functional teams to execute changes in legal entity structure, and US GAAP consolidation. Manage entity mergers, dissolutions, and/or changes in the functional currency. Lead accounting team in financial system integrations related to mergers & acquisitions. Manage change management policies and procedures regarding accounting financial systems. Maintain integrity of global chart of accounts and other affiliated master data.

Job Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience

  • Solid understanding of general ledger accounting, financial reporting and foreign currency accounting treatment

  • Experience and/or working knowledge of financial reporting and accounting operations

  • Strong technical skills including knowledge of GAAP and sound understanding of financial statements

  • Big 4 experience or CPA certification

Compensation
