  1. Manage relationships with business partners: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our business partners to ensure their needs are met and to promote the success of our services.
  2. Oversee implementation process: Lead the implementation process for new business partners, ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our business partners, promptly addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  4. Develop and implement account management strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies for managing and growing our business partnerships.
  5. Monitor and analyze account performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of our business partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive growth.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and the successful execution of account management strategies.
  7. Train and mentor team members: Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively manage and implement business partnerships.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, developments, and best practices to continuously improve our account management and implementation processes.
  9. Set and track performance metrics: Set performance metrics for the account management and implementation team and regularly track and report on progress.
  10. Drive innovation and process improvement: Continuously seek out opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our account management and implementation operations.
  11. Represent Uber at industry events: Represent Uber at industry events and conferences to network, build relationships, and stay informed about the latest developments in the transportation industry.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture: Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes teamwork, creativity, and continuous learning.
