  1. Lead and manage a team of account managers to ensure successful implementation of our services for clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall account management and implementation process.
  3. Monitor and track team performance, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure targets are met.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient implementation process.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
  7. Identify opportunities for growth and retention within client accounts.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide developmental feedback.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to inform strategic decision-making.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Experience In Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Accounts, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Includes Experience In Developing Account Strategies, Identifying Growth Opportunities, And Building Long-Term Relationships With Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Manager, Account Management And Implementation, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team And Liaising With Clients, Internal Stakeholders, And Cross-Functional Teams. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are A Must To Effectively Communicate With Various Stakeholders And Ensure Smooth Implementation Of Account Strategies.

  • Strategic Mindset: The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically And Analytically. This Includes The Ability To Identify Key Business Drivers, Develop Data-Driven Insights, And Translate Them Into Actionable Strategies To Drive Growth And Retention.

  • Experience In Project Management: The Role Involves Managing Multiple Projects And Initiatives Simultaneously. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Execution, And Tracking Of Projects To Ensure Timely And Successful Delivery.

  • Knowledge Of The Transportation Industry: Uber Operates In The Highly Competitive And Ever-Evolving Transportation Industry. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Industry, Including Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Regulatory Environment. This Will Enable Them To Make Informed Decisions And Develop Effective Strategies To Drive Growth And Stay Ahead Of The Competition.
