  1. Develop and implement training programs for new Management Trainees to ensure they have a strong understanding of Uber's operations, policies, and procedures.
  2. Mentor and guide Management Trainees as they rotate through various departments, providing support and feedback to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  3. Collaborate with department managers to identify areas for improvement and create projects and assignments for Management Trainees to work on.
  4. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to Management Trainees to help them track their progress and identify areas for growth.
  5. Coordinate with university career centers and attend job fairs to recruit top-performing recent graduates for the Management Trainee program.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with universities to promote the program and increase awareness among students.
  7. Create a positive and engaging work environment for Management Trainees, fostering a culture of learning, growth, and innovation.
  8. Monitor and track the progress of Management Trainees and provide regular updates to upper management on their development and potential for future leadership roles.
  9. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure the program is aligned with Uber's overall talent management strategy.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the Management Trainee program to ensure it remains competitive and meets the needs of the organization and its future leaders.
