
M&A HR Business Partner
This role will collaborate with Leaders, HRBPs, Internal Comms and other key partners and tackle the role of 'consultant' during M&A projects for all things related to Org Design & Talent Mapping, Change Management & Internal Communications. Partner with various teams on deal due diligence with a focus on culture, communications, org design & structure and governance. Own the Org Design & Talent, Comms & Organizational Change work streams for specific M&A projects in close collaboration with key partners of those functions. Continuously evaluate the success of our program to develop and improve it. Partner closely with HRBPs on pre-close and post-close initiatives and be single point of contact for critical issues pertaining to those work streams. Partner and collaborate closely with M&A Program Management to ensure projects remain on track and aligned. Collaborate with key stakeholders and provide guidance and coaching when appropriate. Collaborate closely with legal and regional HRBPs to ensure legal risks are reduced and regulatory compliance is maintained during all projects internationally.
Minimum 5+ years experience as an HRBP with organizations that operate with high velocity and has a high tolerance of ambiguity
A track record of providing HR consultation to senior leadership on critical initiatives
Strong understanding HR domains including compensation, performance management, and leadership development
Knowledge and experience in technology businesses and familiarity with their global HR practices and policies
