Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager, Tech at Uber to drive conversations and collaboration across our tech organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing an internal communications strategy that facilitates communication, engagement, and understanding among the tech teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a passion for creating meaningful connections among colleagues. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities. We’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy individual who can develop and evaluate communications strategies, conceive innovative ways to reach and engage the tech teams, and lead the project management of communication initiatives.To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in internal communications, preferably in the tech industry. You must also have excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically. Experience in employee engagement, project management, and creative problem solving are also essential.
