  1. Develop and implement strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our values.
  3. Develop and manage HR policies and procedures that comply with local and international laws.
  4. Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address employee development needs.
  6. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters.
  7. Develop and manage the HR budget, including identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  8. Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  9. Develop and implement employee engagement and recognition programs.
  10. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  11. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our people operations.
  13. Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  14. Manage and oversee all aspects of employee benefits and compensation.
  15. Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruiters and benefits providers.
  16. Continuously assess and improve our employee experience to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  17. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  18. Handle any HR-related legal issues that may arise.
  19. Drive strategic initiatives to support the company's growth and expansion plans.
  20. Continuously promote and uphold the company's mission and values in all people operations efforts.

Job Qualifications
