  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and opportunities to target specific demographics.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, operations, and finance to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  5. Create and manage budgets and forecasts for marketing initiatives.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform marketing strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and vendors, to leverage resources and maximize marketing efforts.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience to inform messaging and communication strategies.
  10. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our consumer base and increase revenue.
  11. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
  12. Represent the company and its mission to external audiences, including media and industry events.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  14. Continuously assess and improve upon marketing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
