- Develop and implement global mobility and immigration policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to employees and managers on all aspects of relocation and immigration processes.
- Partner with external vendors and legal counsel to manage immigration cases and ensure timely and accurate processing of work permits, visas, and other immigration-related documents.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and finance, to ensure a seamless relocation and immigration process for employees.
- Monitor changes in immigration laws and regulations and provide recommendations for policy updates or process improvements.
- Develop and deliver immigration and mobility training for employees and managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports for all relocation and immigration cases.
- Provide support for employee inquiries and troubleshoot any issues related to relocation and immigration.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues and develop solutions to mitigate them.
- Participate in global mobility and immigration projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in global mobility and immigration.
- Represent the company in immigration-related meetings and hearings, as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Global Mobility, Immigration, Or Related Field.
Extensive Knowledge Of Global Immigration Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Stakeholders And Cultures.
Proven Experience In Managing Large-Scale Global Relocation Programs, Including Coordination With External Vendors And Internal Teams.
