Engineering Manager - Container Platform

Uber is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Container Platform team. Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of engineers to ensure successful delivery of our container platform
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps to ensure successful completion of our container platform projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of our container platform
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies and best practices related to container platforms
• Monitor and review performance of engineering team to ensure project goals are met
• Provide mentorship and guidance to engineering team members to ensure they are meeting their goals
• Oversee and manage budget for container platform projects
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to container platform engineering
• Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise with our container platform
