  • Develop and execute product strategies to optimize Uber's advertising platform and drive revenue growth
  • Lead a team of product managers to conceptualize, plan, and deliver innovative advertising solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the advertising technology industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and operations to develop and launch new advertising products and features
  • Define and prioritize product roadmap based on business goals, user feedback, and market trends
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including advertisers, agencies, and technology partners
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive growth and maximize ROI
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation

  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Products In The Advertising Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Ads Landscape: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Digital Advertising Ecosystem, Including Ad Networks, Programmatic Buying, And Ad Targeting Technologies.

  • Strategic Thinker: The Director Of Product Management Must Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Creatively And Analytically In Order To Identify And Prioritize Opportunities For Growth In The Ads Business At Uber.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Director, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Product Managers, So Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing A Team Are Essential.
