- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to foster a positive company culture and support our mission
- Oversee all aspects of people operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and retention
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of people strategies with business objectives
- Continuously assess and improve our HR processes, policies, and practices to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to people and culture
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Handle employee relations issues with sensitivity, fairness, and diplomacy
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively make recommendations for improvement
- Represent the company at external events and conferences to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
Extensive Experience In Human Resources And Talent Management: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Hr, With A Focus On Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, And Performance Management.
Strong Understanding Of The Gig Economy And The Unique Challenges It Presents: Familiarity With The Fast-Paced And Dynamic Nature Of The Gig Economy, And The Ability To Develop And Implement Strategies To Support Uber's Workforce.
