Job Description

As the Director of People Operations, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent across all levels of the organization. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a strong background in HR and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the technology industry.   1. Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent and build a strong employer brand for the company.
  2. Create and execute effective recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new employees.
  3. Design and implement training and development programs to support the growth and development of employees at all levels.
  4. Lead and manage the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback and coaching.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide support and guidance in hiring and developing employees.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in HR and use this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate our people operations strategies.
  7. Oversee and manage all HR operations, including compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
  8. Cultivate a positive and inclusive company culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  9. Coach and mentor managers and team members on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  10. Monitor and analyze employee engagement and retention metrics and develop action plans to address any areas of improvement.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the company's goals and objectives.
  12. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  13. Act as a strategic partner and advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on people-related issues and initiatives.
  14. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR and employment practices.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Human Resources And People Operations, With A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Progressive Leadership Roles In A Fast-Paced, High-Growth Company.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful People Strategies, Programs, And Initiatives To Support Company Goals And Objectives.

  • Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, With The Ability To Ensure Compliance And Mitigate Risk For The Organization.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Building And Managing A Diverse And Inclusive Workplace Culture, With A Focus On Fostering An Environment Of Belonging And Employee Engagement.
