If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Data Strategy and Architecture Lead at Uber!As our Data Strategy and Architecture Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing our data strategy, as well as designing and maintaining our data architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs, and to develop scalable solutions that drive business growth. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of data professionals, and to collaborate with other leaders across the company.To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in data architecture and strategy, as well as experience in leading and managing teams.   1. Develop and execute the company's data strategy.
  2. Design and maintain the data architecture for the organization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs.

  13. Train and educate team members on data best practices and techniques.
  14. Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance data capabilities.

  16. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage data resources and expertise.
  17. Serve as a subject matter expert on data strategy and architecture within the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Data Strategy And Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Designing, Developing, And Implementing Data Strategies And Architectures In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Technical Background: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, And Cloud Computing. They Should Also Be Proficient In Sql, Python, And Other Programming Languages.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Lead, The Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Data Architects And Engineers. They Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
