  1. Negotiate and structure complex technology transactions on behalf of the company.
  2. Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to internal teams on technology-related matters.
  3. Conduct thorough legal research and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business development, to identify legal risks and find practical solutions.
  5. Draft and review a variety of contracts and agreements, including software licenses, vendor agreements, and data sharing agreements.
  6. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in technology transactions.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on technology transactions and provide training and guidance to other team members.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies that may impact the company's business.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to technology transactions.
  11. Handle any legal disputes or issues that may arise in technology transactions.
  12. Represent the company in negotiations and meetings with external parties.
  13. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technology transactions.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to technology transactions.
  15. Keep confidential information secure and adhere to all legal and ethical standards.
  16. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make suggestions for streamlining processes.
  17. Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  18. Communicate effectively and professionally with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  19. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the goals of the Tech Transactions team and the company as a whole.
  20. Embody the company's values of innovation, integrity, and collaboration in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Practicing Law, With A Focus On Technology Transactions

  • Knowledge Of And Experience With Relevant Laws And Regulations, Including Intellectual Property, Data Privacy, And Consumer Protection

  • Strong Negotiation And Drafting Skills, With A Track Record Of Successful Technology Transaction Deals

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
