Our ideal candidate should be an effective communicator, with strong interpersonal skills, excellent writing skills, and the ability to present complex legal issues in a clear and concise manner.This position requires an attorney with 5+ years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in the practice of advertising and/or alcohol law. 4. Develop and implement legal strategies and initiatives that support the organization’s goals.
5. Monitor changes in legal and regulatory environments and advise business teams accordingly.
6. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to advertising and alcohol law.
7. Provide advice and counsel to the organization on matters related to advertising and alcohol law.
8. Identify potential legal risks and proactively develop solutions.
9. Stay up-to-date on trends and developments in the industry to ensure the organization’s compliance.
10. Represent the organization in legal proceedings as necessary.
