- Provide support to the Centers of Excellence (COEs) by effectively managing projects and implementing process improvements.
- Collaborate with COEs to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular analysis of COE processes and procedures to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs for COE team members to ensure consistent and effective execution of processes.
- Utilize project management tools and techniques to drive projects to completion within established timelines and budget.
- Act as a subject matter expert for COE processes, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators for COEs, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and process improvement to continuously enhance COE operations.
- Uphold a high standard of quality and accuracy in all COE-related activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs within the COEs.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations related to COE operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the COEs and across teams.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the COEs and the company as a whole.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Support Or Operations Role, Preferably In The Transportation Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Uber's Products, Policies, And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Difficult Or Escalated Customer Situations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Resolving Complex Customer Issues.
Ability To Thrive In A Fast-Paced And Constantly Changing Environment, With The Flexibility To Work Non-Traditional Hours As Needed.
