Job Description

Drive the early success of new U4B partners by managing a team of Implementation Leads and improving and executing our onboarding methodologies. Manage a number of Implementation Leads (ILs), overseeing their work with new U4B partners and cultivating their success and engagement. Develop processes, programs and coaching supports to help drive your ILs towards key metrics, including strong customer adoption, usage, and gross bookings. Facilitate focused and productive communication and collaboration among your ILs and between your cross-functional partners. Monitor, evaluate, and develop the performance of individuals on your teams, balancing constructive with positive feedback to ensure guidance and performance improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales development, client success/account management, sales or relevant sales experience
