Job Description

The Associate HRBP will primarily be responsible for supporting employees and leaders in the Inside Sales/SMB sales space. Consult with individual contributors and provide guidance on career development, team dynamics, stakeholder navigation, performance, compensation, and all other core HR themes. Provide guidance and input on team planning, succession planning, compensation, benchmarking, etc. Provide guidance to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and practices. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed. Identify training needs for business units and individual executive guidance needs. Partner with People Development to support HR training on core People Programs. Escalate concerns to HRBPs as appropriate.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in an HR role
