
Account Representative, Northeast (NYC Based)

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Northeast region, with a focus on New York City.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Understand and communicate the value proposition of Uber’s products and services to clients.
- Identify potential business opportunities and effectively communicate them to the sales team.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Uber’s services and build relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize sales tools and techniques to effectively manage and track account activity and progress.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and optimize processes and workflows.
- Represent Uber in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices to drive overall team success.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Transportation Or Technology Industry.
Knowledge Of The Northeast Region, Specifically New York City, And The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Local Businesses.
