- Act as the primary point of contact for all SMB clients on the Uber Eats platform, providing them with exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue opportunities for growth and optimization within the Finnish market.
- Utilize strong knowledge of the Finnish market to understand the unique needs of each client and tailor solutions to meet their specific goals and objectives.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling Uber Eats products and services to existing clients.
