  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners of Uber.
  2. Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive growth.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for partners, providing excellent customer service and support.
  4. Understand the needs and goals of partners, and work to ensure their success and satisfaction with Uber.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Uber to drive partnership initiatives and meet objectives.
  6. Monitor and analyze partner performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Create and deliver presentations and reports to partners to showcase performance and results.
  8. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or challenges with partners.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to inform partnership strategies.
  10. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align on partnership goals and objectives.
  11. Develop and implement strategies to upsell and increase revenue from existing partners.
  12. Manage and prioritize a high volume of partner requests and inquiries.
  13. Utilize CRM and other tools to track and manage partner interactions and progress.
  14. Represent Uber at industry events and conferences to network and establish new partnerships.
  15. Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and enhance the overall partner experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management In A Fast-Paced, High-Growth Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Ideas And Solutions To Clients.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Ridesharing Industry And The Ability To Adapt To A Constantly Evolving Market.
