
Sr QA Analyst
The U.S. Federal Reserve System is looking for an experienced Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development and/or quality assurance, as well as excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for someone with a passion for quality assurance and an ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of our products. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and/or quality assurance, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a working knowledge of test automation tools, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop quality assurance processes, procedures and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address any potential quality issues.
- Develop, execute and maintain test plans and strategies for various applications.
- Monitor and analyze test results to ensure products meet requirements.
- Develop and utilize automated testing tools to optimize test efficiency.
- Develop and maintain test documentation such as test cases, test plans, user guides, and bug reports.
- Investigate and troubleshoot software issues and recommend solutions.
- Track and report on project progress and quality assurance metrics.
- Remain up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum methodology and provide feedback on process improvements.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field
