The U.S. Federal Reserve System is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and a commitment to providing quality service. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably with exposure to financial institutions. Candidates must also possess strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating the financial performance of the Federal Reserve System and its various components. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the financial performance of the Federal Reserve System and its various components.
  2. Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to improve the short-term and long-term financial performance of the Federal Reserve System.
  3. Analyze financial data and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Develop models to forecast the financial performance of the Federal Reserve System.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in regulation and advise senior management on the implications of such changes.
  7. Assist in the preparation of the Federal Reserve System’s annual budget.
  8. Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the Federal Reserve System.
